The purpose of the Alamo Federal Executive Board’s (AFEB) Shared Neutrals Consortium (SNC) program is to provide federal agencies in the San Antonio area with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)/mediation services at no cost. AFEB trains, develops and sustains a cadre of professional mediators and guide the development of ADR programs and services that support the AFEB mission.
